Is there a free trial available for Grais?
Grais currently uses paid activation through the active Pro plan checkout path.
- Pro access: open /pricing to review the plan, then sign in and start checkout from /account/access.
- Privileged internal accounts can bypass checkout when
super_user=true.
Are there any discounts for annual subscriptions?
The current Pro offering is monthly billing only.
Annual pricing/discounts are not available in the current rollout.
Why can’t I save personalization settings?
Account personalization APIs require the same paid activation state as the configuration page. If your account is inactive, settings requests are blocked until you complete Grais Pro activation or receive privileged internal access.
How do I manage payment methods, cancellations, or invoices?
If your account already has a paid Grais billing relationship, open /account/billing while signed in.
- Use Manage subscription to open the Stripe-hosted billing portal.
- Recent hosted invoice links can appear directly on the billing page when Stripe returns them.
- If you do not have an active billable relationship yet, use /account/access while signed in to start one safely.
- If Grais sees a recoverable subscription but cannot resolve the Stripe billing customer, the billing page shows a support fallback instead of sending you into another checkout attempt.
